The principles of naturopathic medicine involve uncovering all of a patientÍs various symptoms and tying them together to create a unified picture of whatÍs going on in the body. Treatment involves getting to that root cause and using natural therapies to support and stimulate the inherent capacity of the body to heal. Treatments include clinical nutrition; herbal medicines; traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture; homeopathy; physical therapeutics, including rehabilitation, spinal and soft tissue manipulation; and lifestyle counselling.
